Regular Delivery

Our delivery services fall into 3 options.

Most items such as napkins, banners, etc fall within our 50p per item delivery.

Some of our items fall into the standard £3.85 shipping cost. 

Delivery for banquet rolls is £7.95 and will be sent express delivery to arrive the next working day. (UK mainland only. Excludes Northern Ireland and the Highlands)

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Same-day despatch orders must be received by 12.00 midday.

If you do require any of your products to be sent via express delivery and/or want to make sure you get your items within a certain time span, give us a call free on 0800 999 2345.

Click & Collect in store

Click and collect is available for some restricted items such as fireworks — we are not able to send these in the post due to age verification requirements.

Due to the demand for fireworks especially for New Year’s Eve, we try to avoid disappointment for our customers –Click & Collect lets you reserve the fireworks that you want to be chosen at your convenience-and we store them for you until you are ready to collect.

When you purchase any click and collect items no delivery charges will be added for any additional items in your basket – so the whole order will be available for collection together.

We deliver our products within a 30 miles radius of Peterborough City Centre; deliveries outside may incur additional charges.

Returns

It is very important that you are happy with everything that we deliver, and we are fortunate enough to say that over 30 years, our customers have been very pleased.

If you are not completely satisfied with anything that you have ordered from us, you will need to notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order, and then return the item/s to us no later than a further 14 days.

Or simply return the item straight away with a copy of the invoice if it needs to be resolved quickly.

Please note that The Party Place will not cover the cost of return postage unless items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. Please return your goods with a copy of your invoice and we will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt.

Items returned at buyers discretion must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition
